My 30 years in art and auctions, between Montréal and Paris, including our family’s auction house, IEGOR, have shaped my eye for value and my negotiating skills. Understanding a buyer’s motivations, recognising a property’s potential and defending a price are instincts I bring to real estate.
Practical experience in holiday rentals and property oversight adds another perspective: anticipating running costs, maintenance, rentals and resale. Together with my colleagues and partners, we bring the right expertise to each project.
